Lacrosse is a multifaceted sport, requiring great hand-eye coordination, exemplary stick skills and spatial awareness as well as a rock-solid athletic base of strength, speed, and agility. That is where we come in!
At Cooper Sports we make it our mission to prepare all our Lacrosse athletes for the physical demands of “the fastest game on two feet.”
During our initial evaluation we will give each athlete a state of the art breakdown of their running mechanics to identify any inefficiencies. From there every athlete will be given a personalized program designed specifically towards correcting these weaknesses as well as developing the strength and power necessary to excel at their position.
